Originally from Canada, Clare has been an ACE certified fitness trainer for over 20 years. Certified in Stott Pilates for 10 years, her certification includes training and exclusive Pilates instruction in Atlanta, Orlando, and South Beach Miami. Clare has worked closely with several golf and tennis professionals to develop new Pilates training courses specializing in sports training and fitness with an emphasis on golf and tennis. Through continued studies and disciplined training, Clare's devotion to Pilates and creative new fitness courses encourages and inspires health, fitness and well-being. |
