- ABC Pilates introduces the
SURVIVOR mat class series. Participants will be instructed in
mat work, fitness ring, toning balls, flex-bands and other conditioning
elements. It's a 10 session series designed to provide a comprehensive
full body workout.

This challenging floor work is based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates
incorporating the STOTT PILATES techniques. Pilates is full-body strength
and flexibility training, with movements performed with concentration,
control, precision, focused breathing and flow, and results in a body that
feels longer, stronger and more supple.

Participants will learn intermediate level MAT exercises. Participants will
have lots of personal attention as they learn about and address their
postural habits, correct muscle imbalances, gain strength, and improve
flexibility and balance in a safe and supportive environment.

"Each workout will leave you stretched, strengthened, and invigorated!" Said
Joanna Cox, owner of ABC Pilates.

No need to worry about expiration dates, make-up classes, or waiting for the
next 10 sessions series. The series is designed so that new participants can
join at anytime however new attendees are urged to begin the series with
at least one session at the beginner level on Wednesday morning at 9am.
