ABC Pilates Company Policies
Our instructors and therapists will be certified, well trained and experienced and we will provide a
safe and clean studio for our clients.
We will only recommend our products and services to clients when we truly believe
that the client will benefit from our recommendation.
Appointment cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the appointment. No
exceptions!
All expiration dates are
negotiable
except that no refund will be issued if the package is aged more
than 1 year.
A 50% refund on unused will be issued if we are unable to schedule pre-paid sessions with your favorite instructor. This policy would be applicable if -- for example -- your favorite instructor leaves our studio.
A full refund will be issued if you provide a doctor's statement that you are unable to continue with your
Pilates program for more than 90 days.
