We will maximize your total body strength, definition and muscular endurance with the dynamic toning ball workout.
We will shape your body using the ultimate sculpting tool – the Flex-Band® exerciser –in a workout targeting specific muscle groups with precision-driven exercises that yield results.
The trainer will help you increase strength, flexibility and muscle tone with the unique Fitness Circle accessory.
Each workout also illustrates the five basic principles for highlighting the core elements of the STOTT PILATES method.
